Goodwings — Trade Show Promo Kit

A full trade show kit for Goodwings at GBTA 2024 in Bella Center, Copenhagen — booth graphics, print, merchandise, and a lead capture landing page, all built around a single campaign line.
The campaign
The kit was anchored by one line: “Everything you need — in one package.” It worked as both a product promise and a booth concept, framing Goodwings as the complete solution for corporate travel management. Every piece in the kit needed to carry that message without spelling it out on every surface — the cohesion between the materials was the argument.
The kit
Booth graphics and backdrop set the visual territory. The foldable brochure carried a special new client offer, designed to be handed out at the stand and taken away. The promo box brought together a set of luggage stickers, a branded Memobottle, and B Corp-certified treats — chosen to feel considered rather than generic, and to reinforce the sustainability positioning Goodwings leads with. Every item was designed to the same visual system so the box read as a set, not a collection of separate things.
Landing page
The landing page was the conversion endpoint for the event — accessed via QR code at the booth, it captured leads with the special new client offer as the incentive. The design kept friction low: clear offer, single action, brand consistent with everything the visitor had already seen at the stand.
